2-hour response: After you submit your after-sales request, a professional after-sales personnel will contact you within 2 hours to complete the initial diagnosis of the fault, provide temporary insulation guidance, and arrange and start the accessories.

6-hour on-site service in urban areas: Within the urban area, after confirming the requirements, a maintenance engineer will arrive at the site with dedicated equipment and spare parts within 6 hours. Over 97% of common faults (such as no cooling, temperature control failure, damaged door seals, etc.) can be repaired on the spot.

For remote areas, 24-hour delivery is guaranteed: In remote areas such as counties and towns, with the support of "pre-positioned spare parts warehouses + mobile service vehicles", engineers will arrive at the site within 24 hours to solve equipment malfunctions. Ii. Rapid Response Process

On-site maintenance: As per the above-mentioned time commitment, engineers will bring spare parts to your site and provide equipment maintenance suggestions after the repair.

Iii. Service Assurance Description

All spare parts used for maintenance are original Rote components to ensure the stability of the equipment's subsequent operation.

After the fault is repaired, a 7-day after-sales tracking service will be provided to ensure that the equipment has no secondary problems.
